Welcome to my new series. “This Week In My Kitchen”.
This is a weekly behind the scenes photo post, showing little snippets from my week in the kitchen.
You never know what you may find…maybe a teaser of a future post, maybe a little nugget or idea, maybe just a little peek into my life and home.
Welcome to My Kitchen
Meatloaf cups ready for the oven. We love meatloaf. I load it full of lots of homemade bread crumbs to make our organic meat go further.
Mixer blades ready for a rinse after making mashed potatoes. Notice the potato skins…I’m too lazy to peel pototoes for anything. The skin is full of nutrients anyway, right?
Chicken salad with homemade mayo, chopped carrots and celery. This is one of the standards for my hubby’s lunch. I roast a chicken weekly then debone it for use in sandwiches and dinners like chicken alfredo.
I usually have a bunch of green onions in water by my kitchen window. I get several cutting off of it before I finally toss it and buy a new bunch.
My son’s lunch “monster”. I love these Easy Lunchboxes for packing his lunch. I purchased a set of 4 before school started this year and they are all still accounted for and in one piece.
Well that’s it for this week….see you next time!
