Welcome to “This Week In My Kitchen”.
This is a weekly behind the scenes photo post, showing little snippets from my week in the kitchen.
You never know what you may find…maybe a teaser of a future post, maybe a little nugget or idea, maybe just a little peek into my life and home.
Welcome to My Kitchen
Last week, you saw meat loaf cups going into the oven, this week, I share them coming out. Can you tell this is a popular meal? Usually one a week or more. With mashed potatoes and a veggie.
Speaking of things around the sink. I know I can’t be alone in the amazement of how fast my counter goes from this…
Seriously, it seems like just moments. If only it could turn back to the first again as easily. I NEVER used to wash dishes by hand. I mean never, I was spoiled of never living without a dishwasher. But I now actually enjoy the satisfaction of tackling these piles by hand washing. It’s kind of fun.
Free goodies from the Farmer’s Market this week.
Preparing asparagus from the market for dinner.
Trying out one of this week’s Foodie Yard Sale Finds. A stainless steel bowl, going to school for the first time packed with a leftover Alfredo meal.
Now this is one of my favorite activities from my kitchen (which technically happened late last week but due to the holiday it didn’t make it into last weeks post). This is my grandmother teaching me how to make homemade noodles. Look for a post about that coming soon.
Thanks for stopping in. Have a great week and see you back here soon.
