This recipe is super basic, it’s especially good for camping, a weekend at the cottage and when your simply need quick, easy and few ingredients.
I typically double the following for our family of four.
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 Tablespoon organic cane sugar (or other sweetener)
1 cup milk
Optional: berries, chopped nuts, chocolate chips, etc.
Mix together wet ingredients.
Then add in the dry ingredients and mix.
Pour onto a preheated griddle or skillet.
Sprinkle with optional add on ingredients if desired.
