This week I was excited to walk the market and see so many of our standard favorites making appearances at so many stands. Things like peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, and corn!
It’s always just so nice to walk around and take in the sights 🙂
This week I am so excited about our CSA box. And our son is too. Why? Because we got CORN! We have been living without sweet corn since the new year since we want our sweet corn from trusted sources to ensure it is not GMO. The little man is so excited. We will be stocking up and enjoying lots of this corn while it is in season. We also plan to freeze a bunch with Grandma’s help.
Green beans are another favorite and have been in limited supply at our house since they are on the dirty dozen list, meaning we splurge on organic.
Pickles (cucumbers). These little guys are so cute, I am really temped to try making my first pickles.
Dill. Great compliment to the pickles!
Little Tomatoes! This is was another item that we have been living without on Feingold Stage 1, as we enter into Stage 2, we are anxious to try these.
